Stealth Safes website used to be on Wordpress Platform. Myself and the e-commerce manager switched this over to be on the Shopify Plus platform in 2020. In 2021, I spearheaded the move to make this site not just information but also give customers the ability to purchase Stealth on our website, not just from other online and stocking dealers. We saw a large increase in Stealth sales from this switch.

The goal was to have a more modern look, light background to help the safes stand out more and, most importantly, to be mobile friendly.
- NAVIGATION -
We wanted to make sure viewers coming to the site could find anything they needed in as little steps as possible. I found that visual images of the safes helped more.
- PRODUCT PAGE LAYOUT -
The goal of each product page is to make sure we keep it informational for the customer but make it easy to purchase. The sticky "add to cart" button and the "back to top" button helped me add all the information in a clean and mobile friendly way but also making sure we had that easily-accessible purchase button.
- Delivery BY ZIP CODE -
When we introduced direct-to-consumer sales for Stealth Safes, maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network remained a priority. To support this, I developed a custom shipping and delivery system that integrated into the eCommerce checkout process. Once a customer entered their zip code, the platform automatically displayed shipping and delivery options from local dealers in their area. This approach allowed customers to receive personalized service from nearby dealers, while giving our partners the opportunity to handle fulfillment and provide ongoing product support—creating a win-win experience for both consumers and our dealer network.
